Equipment Guide for Day 2 - (Nov. 3):
Box (for modified pushups)
Suspension trainer (for modified pull-ups) Can also use pull-up bar, or bands.
Foam roller or yoga block, or towels. (We need to elevate our leg when lying down in the adduction leg raise position for T-spine mobility.
